ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES
DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
We are commitment to the health and safety our patients, team, and the community during this COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to support the healthcare system here in the Reno area by promoting, maintaining, and treating the oral health of our patients. Do not hesitate to contact us about your health concerns during this time. Your oral health is important, and should not be ignored. Doing so may cause emergencies down the road that could be an additional burden on you and the hospitals in the area.

We always maintain strict infection control policies to ensure the safety of our team and patients. In order to provide an abundance of caution, we have additional safety measures to meet or exceed the CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

Additional safety measures:

Increased personal protective equipment (PPE), such as additional masks, wearing them throughout your appointment, face shields, and gowns.
-
Additional suction during procedures to minimize aerosols.
-
Disinfecting the exam rooms between each appointment.
-
Deep cleaning the office at the end of the day.
-
As always, we adhere to strict infection control policies including proper hand hygiene and sterilizing each instrument.

What you can expect during your visit:
-
We always minimize your time spent in the waiting room. You may also call when you arrive and wait in your car until your exam room is ready.
-
Please wear a mask when you arrive. Hand sanitizer is available in our office.
-
Unfortunately, we have removed our usual patient amenities, such as magazines and snacks.
-
We ask that you limit those accompanying you, and come alone if possible.
-
No-contact temperature check at the front desk. Please reschedule if you are experiencing a fever or any other flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms.
